Join us for an evening created specifically for people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or carrying emotions they don’t quite know how to process. This four-hour experience is designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and feel more grounded and clear inside your body.
Arrive up to an hour early to relax, walk the land, or use the sauna or cold plunge to release tension and settle your mind before we begin.
We start with an opening circle where you can simply arrive as you are—no pressure, no expectations. Then we move into a gentle cacao experience that helps your body relax and makes it easier to feel present, calm, and connected.
From there, you’ll be guided through a breathwork session that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. This practice is especially helpful if you’ve been stuck in your head, struggling with anxiety, or holding onto stress, sadness, or grief.
We close with quiet integration time on the land, giving your body space to settle and absorb the experience, followed by light bites and time in community.
This is a supportive space for anyone who wants to feel more peace, more grounding, and more connection within themselves. No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.
