A shared fast beginning after dinner on Thursday and gently broken together on Saturday evening.
Phone-Free Weekend
This is a fully unplugged experience. Phones are turned off for the duration of the retreat, creating space to rest the mind and reconnect with yourself and the natural environment.

No refunds, as your spot holds lodging, materials, and retreat capacity.
However, your ticket may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the retreat at no additional cost.
If you cannot attend and cannot find someone to take your spot, your payment becomes a credit toward a future retreat or event (valid for 12 months).
