Madre Tierra Wellness Farm is a five-acre wellness sanctuary in Livingston, Texas, created as a place to slow down, reconnect, and spend intentional time in nature.
In addition to our private retreats, classes, experiences, and residency offerings, we open our space to facilitators, teachers, and practitioners who are looking for an intimate setting to gather their own communities.
Whether you’re dreaming of a yoga retreat, wellness weekend, workshop, ceremony, or intimate gathering, Madre Tierra offers a beautiful, thoughtfully equipped setting where you can bring your experience to life.
Everything You Need to Gather
From our light-filled yoga studio and overnight accommodations to outdoor gathering spaces, sauna, cold plunge, fire pits, and five acres of nature, the property offers multiple space for your group to move, gather, rest, eat and connect.

650 sq. ft. yoga studio, natural light, and A/C
Manduka bolters, yoga mats, bolsters and blankets
3-bedroom, 2-bath community house with shared kitchen & dining area
2 cute and comfy glamping tents
Outdoor sauna & cold plunge for integration and rejuvenation
Fire pit and shaded outdoor gathering areas
Tables, chairs, and yoga props
Sound system (Sony Bluetooth speaker + two Shure microphones)
Ample parking and easy access for setup
Optional add-ons available: chef services, photography, sound healing, breathwork, somatic coaching, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, reiki, or custom cacao ceremonies.
Retreat Packages & Pricing
We offer two simple options so you can create your experience with ease.
Each option includes access to all indoor and outdoor amenities on the property.
Day Retreats
Host a one-day gathering or workshop on the land.
Enjoy full access to the yoga studio, community kitchen, outdoor spaces, and amenities for up to 8 hours.
Rate: $100 per hour (min of 4 hours, up to 8 hours)
Perfect for breathwork journeys, workshops, day immersions, and ceremonies
Overnight Retreats
Immerse your guests in the full Madre Tierra experience with a private overnight retreat.
Includes full property rental with accommodations for up to 11-15 guests indoors, plus up to 10 camping guests outdoors (camping equipment not included).
Rates:
$900 for one night
$850 per night for bookings of two or more nights
Ideal for weekend retreats, trainings, or extended immersions.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
Note:
Madre Tierra is a living, stewarded sanctuary. The property is cared for by family, and the owner, her father, and her disabled mother reside on separate areas of the land.
All rentals include exclusive use of the property’s indoor and outdoor spaces, yoga studio, sauna, cold plunge, fire pit, community kitchen, and sound system.
Custom packages and additional services are available upon request.
