A 4-hour continuing education workshop exploring the art of Yin through posture breakdowns, alignment, trauma-informed assists, and nervous system support.
The first hour will begin with Mayra’s graduation Yin class, followed by an educational immersion into Yin postures, intelligent cueing, alignment for varying bone structures, assists and adjustments, and partner stretching techniques designed to support deeper opening in a safe and supportive way.
The workshop will conclude with a restorative Yin practice and sound bath led by Lee Haines of Udjat Yoga School.

About Lee Haines:
Lead YTT Trainer, 500 ERYT, YACEP, and founder of Udjat Yoga School. Lee has studied yoga, meditation, energetics, trauma-informed practices, and healing modalities for over a decade. She has led multiple 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and specializes in Yin Yoga, restorative practices, Qi Gong, nervous system regulation, sound healing, and conscious movement education.
